Milnes Online Surveys  (MOS)

This facility allows you to conduct an online Survey to seek opinion on activities or performance etc.

Here is how it works:
1. you create a list of questions and send them to us and we configure the Survey form.

*each Question can have up to 10 possible Responses.
*each Question can ask '"Select one answer" or "Select all answers that apply"
*you can place an image with the Question
*you can place an image with each of the 10 possible Responses

2. we advise you a special web address (URL) to your Survey
3  you email your Members seeking their participation and include the special URL
4. your Members click on the URL and do the Survey
5. you can view the results to date at any time.

for up to 5,000 responses and online for up to 6 weeks.

MOS can also be configured for an online Election or an online Quiz- with varying degrees of  Voter Validation to suit.
